Wet socks. Ewwww.

Sheep sent me recipes for making chocolate truffles and one "choco crispy cake". The former only need rather basic ingredients so I might try make some. If you happen to see me some time this week, don't be surprised to receive random chocolate from me. :D

Erm, this is very random, but I'm curious. Could you guys please tell me what sorts of things you don't eat, for whatever reasons (dieting, allergy, religion, ew it's disgusting)? (lpatobe, I think tez_plush is curious about your culinary preferences, too.)

At some point this week I might need to pop to China Town to buy things to make "turnip cake" with, depending on whether I can actually be bothered. Could just go on Saturday and buy a ready-made one I guess, but those never taste as good.

giving_ground~ I totally forgot about the eye test thing. :D; oh well, it's good for a year anyway.

I generally don't eat seafood but sometimes I eat fish, shrimp, and lobsters. >_> Okay I just don't eat crab because I hate hate hate the aftertaste. XD; There's a story behind this. So we vacation to Florida a lot because we're pretty close and one time we caught crabs on the beach during the night. Mom made a whole bunch (they're pretty big too; not blue crabs) and used Chinese dipping sauce with garlic and Chinese onions. That was the time that put me off crabs forever. DDD: Ugh I think it might be the sauce more than the crab but crab is really annoying to eat anyway so I hate eating it.

Dislike frosting unless it's ice cream lol. Couldn't eat chocolate for awhile because had it once at like 1am and it was so gross. I don't like most cheese unless it's swiss, cheddar, or american, the ones with relatively no taste. I don't really like milk but it's more standable if it's not boiled (my parents made it boiled for so long x____x and then I discovered milk is so good if it's cold and eaten with cereal, only). >_>;

Organs, etc. I like cole slaw but never found a cole slaw from a place better than KFC's. lmao which is really sad.

#1 thing I don't like: ONIONS (white and Chinese; though Chinese is a bit better). ughughguhg I hate the aftertaste. X_X

Ohbutbut, crab is so nice ;_; It probably really is the sauce, because crab is so nice ;_; And it's not really a hassle to eat, just sort of have to know how to do it... (though I do make a mess still, whenever I eat crab...)

XD! I've never had heated milk (or think it could be heated) until I left HK... I really don't think milk is supposed to be boiled anyway O_o just simmered until it's hot enough?

I don't know if they boil it or if they just heat it. I just know the taste changes. Also that type of milk eaten with boiled egg gives off a really really strange combo of taste. o____O;;;

I don't think I've ever tried that type of onion. XD; If it's unnoticeable, I don't make a fuss about it but for sandwiches and stuff I don't put onions in it. I just don't eat it if it's in stirfry.

Heated milk and boiled egg..... EWWWWWW.

It's like, onion with whatever's added to it and cooked so much that it's really really soft and kinda sweet. My sister picks out the spring onion in stirfry, just like you. 8D But I just take them all from her because I really like it. XD;;;;
