I could barely stay awake during the meeting this morning - and it was only the morning! Now I still feel sleepy, I have no energy and all I want to do is collapse on my keyboard. After looking at a few websites, I reckon what I need is some Pocari Sweat. I haven't had enough salts in my diet and in the past week I've sweated too much. Too bad they don't sell it (or anything of the same sort) in supermarkets here =_=

there are loads of different glucose drinks, but not isotonic ones, I think..... maybe I'm just too tired to remember..

=O Go check out your nearest supermarket; I'm sure they have sports drinks and stuff. o_o I have no idea when I'm next going down to the Japanese supermart but I'll pick up some of the powdered Pocari for j00~

I suppose there are... it's just whether it's isotonic or if it just pumps you up with glucose... and I've never looked at them closely enough to identify which brand does which XD;

Just not too much, and drink water, or you'll puke bright green like Beckham. Atobe's still rather traumatised about that.

Just went to the corner store and got some Lucozade Sport (as opposed to ordinary Lucozade which I normally drink). Apparently this should help me 8D

I didn't actually see him puke... was it really bright green???

According to the pictures that are splashed [pardon teh pun] everywhere, yes. Bright green. I was sorely amused.
