I could barely stay awake during the meeting this morning - and it was only the morning! Now I still feel sleepy, I have no energy and all I want to do is collapse on my keyboard. After looking at a few websites, I reckon what I need is some Pocari Sweat. I haven't had enough salts in my diet and in the past week I've sweated too much. Too bad they don't sell it (or anything of the same sort) in supermarkets here =_=

I suppose there are... it's just whether it's isotonic or if it just pumps you up with glucose... and I've never looked at them closely enough to identify which brand does which XD;

Just went to the corner store and got some Lucozade Sport (as opposed to ordinary Lucozade which I normally drink). Apparently this should help me 8D

My brother has eaten seasalt straight from the packet for salt balance and to avoid headache. Most likely not optimal in taste, but has worked well.
