Video help!

Call for help from my sister: Why can't she view her video files? She has installed the same codec packs as me, but she just can't see videos in Windows Media Player, Real One *or* DivX Player. Sometimes she gets the sounds, but no picture.

Please help!

I still haven't got a friendster account... not sure why I should get one except well, more usernames and passwords to memorise...

same, and i didn't really want the email to say "congratulations you have a new friend" kinda thing haha
