For the record, hyouteiexchange has 37 signups, that's more than either round of rikkai_exchange and likely higher than switching_it_up.

I'd love a Higa Exchange, but I don't think there will be enough participants.

Man, do people say that? o_O That's a bit...out there. I agree with you, basically -- people should invest in what they love, not in what they dislike. I actually think a Higa exchange might generate more interest than you think; somebody did a St. Rudolph exchange that worked okay, I think!

Ah, I see. I am surprised -- my flist is very Rikkai-happy, so I guess I've always seen Rikkai as pretty damn popular!

I also agree with what sharpie said -- plenty of people still like more than one team, which is cool! I'm really fond of Seigaku as well as Hyoutei. ♥
