I seriously believe Citibank has an army of those animations in their call centres. They're not even real people, they're just the same cartoon, over and over.

Just talked to the HP tech support about my stepdad's PDA. I felt like screaming I'M THE LORD AND MASTER at the guy. Seriously, he talked the same and had probably never touched the damn PDA in his life.

Also, he had no clue what Unicode is. It's around that point that I hung up on him.
