The (non-)news is, my back is done for good. In fact when I hurt it about 4 years ago, it's done for good. It's been weakened and stuff which was why I did it again this time. The good news is, it won't hurt anymore after I take the anti-inflammatory pills. Even my thighs will stop hurting, apparently nothing's wrong with my legs, it's the back and the way the system works, making the brain think that something's wrong with the thighs, hence the pain.

...Considering for how long my right thigh has been hurting, it means I've been bleeding in my back for at least several weeks already, before really killing it on Saturday >_> (Vicky, remember how I went AI~YA~ when throwing out the trash, and then was fine for a few hours before complaining about the pain? Apparently it's because in the beginning, there wasn't much blood, but it built up later on near the spine and it's the pressure that's causing the pain >_>)

I should exercise more, preferably swim, to strengthen my back muscles so that the inside doesn't get hurt as easily. But erm, now where do you find a pool here which I can go to regularly...

Just before the mobile phone rings, or when it's checking for network, it always makes some electrical equipment give this funny sound (usually speakers and VCR). That sound makes me really nervous and think "the mobile's gonna ring!". -_- But I mean, there is no reason for me to get nervous about the mobile ringing. This annoys me so much.

Can hardly detect Sai's network at all from my room :( it's gonna take a while before my net is installed...

ACK!!! That really sucks, I didn't realise it was that bad. :( And you had movers, too! You're not allowed to move anymore, y'hear? At least not carry heavy stuff anymore! WAH. Wish I could do something for you from here!

Here are some exercises recommended for strenghtening after back injury. Most of these are warmups and strengthening that we did in pilates. I know space is probably a premium in your new place, but a swiss ball is a great exercise aid and it eases the burden on your back when doing some exercises, letting you strengthen. (And that also makes sense why my legs hurt during my period, they're displaced cramps. XD)
