Oh...
chinawolf, if you see this: if you see those plastic B5-sized doujinshi sleeves in Animate, could you get several packs for me? They are clear sleeves (not bags), in clear and pink packaging. I can't remember how much they cost, but there are 10 in each pack so if you can find them and can get me 3 packs it'll be great.
btw, don't buy doujinshi in Animate unless you can't help it. K-books and Mandarake are MUCH cheaper places.

Date: 2005-03-29 09:52 am (UTC)Do you know the Animate at Ikebukuro (池袋)? That's the largest one in Tokyo. On the very same street there are 2 stores that sell other anime goods (such as plushies) and then further down, but still within a minute's walk, is K-books. The sign is bright yellow and huge. (OMGILOVETHATSHOP)
I hope you know where that Animate is, because it's like a treasure island XD Here's the address.
アニメイト 池袋本店
〒170-0013 東京都豊島区東池袋3-2-1
TEL (03)3988-1351
Map is here http://www.animate.co.jp/animate/map/east/ikebukuro/ikebukuro.html
To get there you need to get off at Ikebukuro station (Yamanote line), and go through "SunShine City". If you go out the right exit, you'll find it right across the road. I suggest you copy down the address and ask any random young girl if you are lost, they'll probably point you the right way.
But like I said, go to K-books for doujinshi. The choice is much larger, and it's all cheaper. Animate is good for other stuff =D
Mandarake... is a harder one to find. The one I went to is at Shinjuku. If you google I'm sure you'll find some directions. =D
