VLP: Probably if a feeder is to be separated from the breaker, we can say that the bond needs to be chipped away bit by bit, so it's a process that takes a while (days? weeks?) and can be mentally exhausting for those with the bond (or the side that has more of the bond). If a strong vampire wants to destroy the bond he can just rip it, but it risks hurting the feeder and the original breaker, something like that?

Gotta go in an hour or two. So tired after playing way too much DDR. Have ordered my copy of EQ2, looks like I won't be on RoD for much longer... *shrugs*

In which case the separation will be made as gently as possible. I think the strength of the bond and the strength of the breaker (and the future breaker) factor greatly into things.

I wonder, randomly, if it's the breaking of the old bond and the forming of the new that contributes to certain things?
