Any good tips on how to remove (half-dried) chewing gum from clothing?

I have the pic of Jiro on my friends page as my desktop wallpaper at work. Coworker initially thought the pistol in Jiro's hand was a vibrator...

Was compiling a list of friends' birthdays, but it seems like some people just don't want to share the info. It isn't like I'm asking for the year... :( Makes me feel like people don't trust me. I understand they don't want the Semagic reminder to pop up so that people feel obliged to say happy birthday, but if I actually poke and ask... you know?

Can't seem to find last week's PoT episode for download @_@

I know some people who really don't like that.

Me personally? I like being wished "Happy Birthday"... more than that it gets awkward (like having lunches and stuff) but a "happy birthday" post? No big deal for me. It's just 'nice'.

I do not put the year in my profile though... but then again I don't hide it and it's been revealed quite a few times that it's 1963 (ewww... OLD, I know ^__^).

I've removed my birthday from LJ as well because I don't want people to feel obliged to say anything, but if people ask me I wouldn't mind telling them...

I don't think any of yout friends care how old or young you are! =D

Unless I start going "when I was young, things were... " I don't think age is really that important.

Sure sometimes it can be quite hilarious. Like someone recently commenting on a yaoi novel (or manga) where the seme was quite middle-aged at 41... let's just say it was funny and unfortunately true ^_^.

And talking about birthdays... My Semagic NEVER tells me of birthdays anymore... so often I miss people because I forget to go update the damn thing with the server or something.

Yeah, I remember chatting with a LJ friend from HK, and she doesn't know any of the very classic TV ads I was talking about!

My Semagic's birthday reminders didn't work either, I just installed a newer one and it worked since then. It's strange...
