Sep. 1st, 2004 11:47 pmYeah so, apart from taking photos of plushies today, what did I do? I was going to go out today, but didn't know where to go (since initially there was no point in going out apart from well, getting out of the house). So I started tidying my room. It's 3/4 done now. So Lina you're welcomed to come play PS2 and read doujinshi with me whenever XD
Tidying the room is hard work. I own loads of clothes - well not like really LOADS loads, but quite a lot. But probably not much more than standard. Whatever. But I have a tiny closet, so it's pretty tough finding place to put it all. Some of it has ended up in the pretty Muji boxes my ex left in my house. My suitcase used to go under the bed, but now that it's full I can't do that (have to open the case to fit it under), so it's just standing somewhere in my room now. For the last week it's been sitting in the living room. ^^" Around 5 pieces of clothing are going to Oxfam or something... if I can actually put it into the clothes bank. The last few times I passed by it, it was so filled that it's like a blocked garbage chute with rubbish sticking out of it *sweatdrop*
Then, hoovering. I hoover every now and then, but the cats love my room so it's like sweeping snow in a snowstorm ^^"""" Sorted out all my letters, bills, bank statements and stuff, putting it all in the correct places. There's just my desk to clean now, and to wipe down the surfaces. But before that I was already tired and sweating so I'm leaving that for tomorrow.
Other stuff.... there is no supermarket or market near my home. The place we buy food from is online supermarket or the Tesco Metro at a petrol station 10min walk from home. Obviously not many choices there ~_~ but there is no choice whatsoever, it seems like the council didn't want to allow supermarkets to open in the area. So everyone shops there. Go after 6pm and there's no fresh meat left. But then a Tesco Express (triple the size) opened some 5min walk from home on Monday! =D The only thing is, some of the prices are a bit higher O_O I always thought that the petrol station shops are usually more expensive........
Randomly: Sainsbury's loo rolls. Those 9-rolls packs. Some rolls have different textures from the others! Like they mixed some poor quality stuff in it! I'm never buying rolls from them again!
