Dammit. I thought Systems was going to be easy. At least easier than the 2 exams I've had so far. I understood the lectures and did courseworks alright afterall.

And the pastpapers turn out to be soooo difficult. (it doesn't help that the writing's rather illegible...) I think I'll only *just* pass this one.

And I suddenly want to write fics. [TofT] part 2 is begging to be written...

What does the last bit "確乎其不可拔，乾龍也" mean? I suck at ancient Chinese...

(Fri) Water and Wastewater Engineering - easy paper, yippee
(Tue) Systems Analysis - okayish
(Thu) Advanced Soil Mechanics - oh lord help me
(Mon) Robotics and Automated Construction - absolutely no idea what this will be like
(Wed) Transportation and Traffic Engineering - should be fine...

Can't believe the paper had soooo many repeated question. Not that I memorised the pastpapers well enough, having spent way too much time either sick in bed or keeping my mum company since Thursday. But yeah, the paper was okayish in conclusion.

I just woke up and should take a look at Soils, but I wanna fall asleep again... I think I'll do some LJ replies, sleep, have dinner and then procrastinate revise.

If say, two friends have a partnership company, and they decide to get go public, get it listed on the market... the friends are the major shareholders (51% together). If one of them (the one with more shares out of the 51%) has a life-threatening illness, are they obliged to make it own to the other shareholders, or in fact is the friend obliged to tell the other friend at all?

I know, I'm stupid.
