There has been some Christmas preparation - a tree, presents and so on, but I'm really behind on the cards. There's no real plan for the holidays though, might just be gaming and making costumes the whole time.

Had lunch with an ex-coworker and my old line manager last week. Apparently I look happier now. I think I'll be even happier if I'm making as much money as I used to, but I suppose the difference in money is the price for my sanity.

We got a new dining table today, it's a gift from my sister! In the process of moving things around I might have hurt my back a little. Anyway, the old dining table is becoming a work bench/place to put Mao. Mao is a laser cutter/engraving machine who will be staying with us in the future. It actually belongs to a friend but he decided we can get more use out of Mao.

Went to look for places to get married! We've found one place we rather like. It pushes the budget but I think we can manage if we're careful. It's doing things in the wrong order but we've already found a photographer (he's a good friend of ours) and of course

eolo is doing our makeup.

Weddings are such ridiculous things. They really are. Storme is declaring her rage against chair covers. And wedding favours? Who invented this shit? Facing all this bullshit, of course we've decided we're going to do things our way. There will be no chair covers. XD

I should really be on LJ more (despite its fuckups). People on FB makes me sad and angry.
