This country failed me again

pezAfter trawling through sites and looking for alternative brands and methods, I end up buying some Rub n' Buff from the US. Luckily there are many other areas of the costume I can get on with, it's just a bit sad seeing bits of armour ready to be assembled, just here waiting for the colour. If I'd chosen to follow Sigmund's in-game colours then I'd be using silver which wouldn't be a problem, but the official art is prettier and his armour is mostly white there. Ah well.
I've been off sick 3 days last week. At the beginning of last week I had a huge amount to do within the week (when it should take about 2), but that obviously couldn't be finished. Managed to push that back to this Wednesday. This still means I need to do 2 weeks' worth of work in 3 days. I can do it - my ability to plough through stuff is one of the reasons I still I have a job I think - but I'm annoyed that I wouldn't be able to book the time to the job because there's no money left in it. So later on when I do this weeks' time sheet I'll be staring at the screen, knowing I'd done a fucktonne but still looking around for stuff to book to.
Anyway. Off I go to do some sewing. Or maybe I'll go write. *gasp*
