I've just been alerted to the 59-59 match at Wimbledon.

O.o Isn't that even longer than the longest PoT match?

It's more like, never underestimate how much crack Konomi is on.

But Konomi's matches are standard tiebreaker - that on single points. The Wimbledon match is 59-59 on games. On fifth set, they just keep playing games instead of switching to the tie break. They've been going over nine hours, over two days and continuing on tomorrow.

There was a certain amount of speculation yesterday as to whether they'd both even be able to play tomorrow. We'll see, I guess! I must remember to check tomorrow lunchtime what's going on

Uh like thephoneixboy said, Konomi's stuff are straight ties, point for point over 100. The Wimbledon one was over 50 games in one set!
