I should take a look at what's going on this weekend and make a list of things I want to see, really, rather than just think about the cosplay. So far for Saturday...

Management at work gets more ridiculous each day. I'm so glad I have the cosplay shop project. Even if that never takes off enough to pay my way through life, it's something I can focus on rather than think "ARGHHHWORKISSTUPID" all the time.

I hope there will be a staff survey soon, so that I can score the management here VERY LOW.

Retraining is announced... for junior management.

I assume "retraining" isn't formal training? Otherwise that isn't going to happen, even. We don't do training these days.
