Dinner conversation with my dad
*心諗: if you don't count the yaoi*

Date: 2004-07-10 03:48 am (UTC)Me: Sigh, now that the Customs are cracking down hard on bootlegs, it's really difficult to buy them...
Dad: Buy what bootlegs?
Me: Anime...
Dad: Rurouni Kenshin sort of thing?
Me: Rurouni Kenshin finished years ago.
Dad: Then what anime are you watching?
Me: I'm following something called Prince of Tennis. There's nobody getting killed, they just do sports, so damn healthy... *thinks: if you don't count the yaoi?*
Dad: Go buy it in ShenZhen, Prince of Tennis huh, you can even get King of Football there!
Me: *dies XD*
ShenZhen is part of mainland China, just cross the border. HK people tend to go there to buy cheap stuff and bootlegs and get hookers and all.
It's a bit of HK humour really ^^
