I was thinking about a cheap weekend away in August to celebrate (finally) finishing my science course but... probably not what I/who you had in mind!

I might go for the Saturday only, if I can register on that basis. I'd quite like to catch up on the anime stuff but tend to stick out like a sore thumb at cons and am used to travelling to the area on a day trip basis for work. (Not quite up to planning this weekend however as am stuck at home with flu-like symptoms and a deadline.)

I think registration (£45) is for the whole weekend, whether you're going to be there for one day or longer. Anyway, if you get there and then change your mind and want to stay longer, you can always stay with me if you don't mind sleeping on the floor. XD
