In English, I have no idea. In Portuguese we have a speficic term for it that would loosely translate to "one and 32 parts".

Probably thirty-secondth, technically, but more realistically, a thirty-second as pronouncing the 'dth' isn't the easiest. This is still just guessing.

If I really had to say it I would probably end up saying "one over thirty two", but yeah...

Once again, I am reminded of being asked how "parallelogram" is spelt in Maths Challenge...

(The "dth" isn't a sound I like either, but things with "ths" is much worse for me. "Smiths", "Woolworths"... DX)
