pezI might randomly be going abroad this long weekend. (Family's attitude is usually, "there is a break! We need to do something!" whereas my attitude is, "there is a break! I'm gonna do nothing!" Family wins, of course. I want to redecorate my bedroom, the grass needs mowing AGAIN, etc etc, but it's not gonna happen. When I told my mum to come visit, I DIDN'T THINK SHE'D STAY FOR TWO MONTHS.)
Went to bed early - before 7:30 I think - but didn't really sleep until later. Hasn't helped with anything.
If the secretary confuses me with the other woman once more, I'll... do something. Argh.
One year ago, I said fuck you, ABP. I'd just like to say it again. Fuck you, ABP.
On the train, a James Bould from Atkins talked non-stop on the phone and to the coworker beside him. He was very loud. I learned his name and exactly how it's spelt, where he worked (oooh, our rival company), his mobile phone number, the fire alarm at home that isn't functioning properly, the contracts he's working on including fee values, etc. He needs to be quieter and think about what he says in public. For a few minutes I imagined myself going over to talk to him in a Locke Lamora fashion and somehow tricking him into thinking I know all about him and I know he's done something gravely wrong and Atkins is going to fire him soon if he doesn't do as I say.
........Oh, Locke. ♥
