They don't only talk in ellipses. They also talk in circles. I think the most well-known quote in the series runs along the lines of...

"Sometimes in our decision making, we don't only have to consider the objective viewpoint, but also the view it from the subjective angle. I believe you know what you are doing. I'll hand this back to you." [edit: ah, sorry, I forgot to insert about 10 ellipses here]

...or something like that. I think it was much longer. But you get the point - THEY TALK IN CIRCLES AND TRY TO SOUND LIKE THEY HAVE DEEP SENSIBILITIES AND EMOTIONAL SCARS AND THEY ACTUALLY END UP TALKING ABOUT NOTHING. It's... wonderful. XDDD
