[edit] It turned out he needed six of those livers. But the nymphalidaes at the catacombs dropped them easily!

Perhaps you could send my nymphalidaes (or any other moth-type) the message that they're supposed to drop their livers for me? They don't seem to be in the loop.

I wonder why they all suddenly dropped for me! I'm at BR116. Linked 2 groups of albic qsitis and one group of nymphalidaes. Got 2 livers out of that. Then linked another two groups, and got 3 more livers! I didn't get any new daily/weekly item.

[edit] Also, just before that, I linked the three echindamonths at the entrance of Darken Forest and got a liver to drop right away. >>

[edit 2] The papilions at Mojacdo Castle (Seneco section) just dropped the liver too. I linked two groups together. All of a sudden they're all dropping... it's probably BR related???

Yeah, my BR is currently between 122 and 128 (wasn't paying that close attention to the screen). I'm thinking it's too high because I can kill a good number of monsters in one hit with some of the soldiers so I have to link insane amounts of the same monsters to get any worthwhile drops. I wish the bug pit was re-spawnable because it would be so easy to get a large link/high chain.

Oh the only other thing that's changed for me since my last hunt for the livers is that I recruited Violet, Beatrice and Leucetius. I also dismissed Rahgoh. Rahgoh's special stat is "misfortune" and Leucetius's one is "sensitivity", so that MIGHT have something to do with increased drop rate. It's really hard to tell for sure though.

btw, since your Dave is asking for the liver I assume his frostblade is one upgrade below mine. Could you have a look during battle to see if he's using a shield or not? My Dave has a shield. O_O Even though it doesn't say so on the union screen, during battle there's a round shield in his left hand. And I don't remember if it was there before... I thought the shield was gone ever since he switched to two-handed frostblade!

No, he's not got a shield. I have noticed a similar glitch with Rush, though. I was using a tataraichi and shield for a while, but more than half the time, the shield (while still showing as equipped) wouldn't appear on his off hand.
