I'm slowly, but very surely, being driven mad by work. We won't talk about it because that'll only make me more frustrated.

Christmas tree has arrived! Liz did most of the decorating since I never had much chance to practise and therefore suck at it :D but it's not ready for photos yet.

giving_ground and I discussed two story ideas the other day, one of which only she could write *has no relevant knowledge* and the other one was too complicated for my current lack of brain, but now I feel like tackling it. Or at least attempt to. I already have a plot twist or two in mind... although I don't even have an idea what genre it'll be yet. Do want to attempt something that has horror & sci-fi & slight fantasy.

Last night/this morning I also made slight progress for [Alter Egos] (in my head).

I was doing the "year in writing" meme as I did last year, but gave up a third of the way through because it drew very little interest last time I did it. I know how I feel about my fics, there's no need for me to talk about it unless somebody wants to listen. Might as well just spend the time to write more fics instead. Or play games.

btw, Christmas this year: I have never received so many presents in my life. sdfjlksfhjkslafhklasf
