Link for those interested: Australian ruling on cartoon character as child pornography. The article is really brief though. Interestingly, although the man was found guilty, he was only fined. I wonder if Australia has a sex offenders register and if they do, whether the man has to sign it or not.

Jesus WEPT!!! I knew they had draconian laws about this in Oz, but giving fictional characters protection through the law as if they were REAL? What the fuck?!
