My old estate agent has cheated £370 (US$650) from me because they said, on several occasions, that I could do something, but then later said I can't.

Anybody considering renting or buying - don't use WJ Meade.

They were so crap overall tbh -- forgetting to do things, not passing on messages, no-one knowing what was going on. -_- God, that's infuriating.

I wrote to the landlord recommending her not to use this agent again because they treat tenants like crap.
