Is this the typical behaviour of men or is it the typical behaviour of people who earn a lot more than I do?

Today's tasks are 1) post Talking Head (Inui) and 2) write D1 Exchange fic. (It is so boring I fell asleep writing it yesterday.)

[edit] So many things to download on Wednesday. (I've used up this month's bandwidth already.) Code Geass, PoT OVA, Sims 2 EPs...

It's the typical behaviour of morons. Nothing to do with men or earnings, I'm afraid. (Not directly at least.)

You see, I don't have this problem from women............. ahthough, there are very few high-earning women in my industry so the sample size is pitifully small.

Morons. Yes.

I have to admit, the ratio of stupid to smart is higher for men in my industry as well, but women also play a big role. :/ And we get that kind of shit for the lower ranks, more than the top ones... So I stand by my analysis. MORONS.

I have a suspicion that it has something to do with the Y-chromosome... Brings to mind a legendary discussion I had years ago with a male coworker:

Coworker: Have you by any chance had time to make my corrections to [document]?

Q: Sure thing, just a moment, I'll print it out for you.

Coworker: Great, thanks. *disappears from room and returns a few minutes later with paper in hand] Hey, it had two pages but you only printed out one?!

Q: Umm... how about turning that sheet of paper around?

Coworker: *turns paper* What? Oh, wow! Thanks! And I was looking all around!

Q: *headdesk*

XDDDDDDDDDDDDD How typical! Although I must admit I do stupid things like that sometimes. Usually on a Monday, or a Friday afternoon..............

Oh, I bet everybody does - it's just that he said he'd been trying to look for it for some time, so one would think that he might've turned the paper at some point while doing that?! ;-)

To get to the management level, you need to lose all your reading skillz.

1) It's a doujinshi. XD

XD Oh no. DON'T BECOME A MANAGER. Reading skillz are sometimes necessary for writing.

1) Ah XD Comes the dawn~
2) *petspets* XD Spice it up. Make them woohoo. Or something.

2) If they are wise, they should help me with getting D1 to WooHoo. But they just sit around and play LAUNCH! or stroke their tummies.

2) The sad thing is, I think woohoo generally just doesn't work with this plot. I could try Kiss > Make Out, though, but it won't happen for a long, long time, if ever.................. ;;

At least he'll be useful in fights! :D

Liz says Niou is the Joker. But I wonder if D1 can be the new Two Face...

From: [identity profile] crystalusagi.livejournal.com
XD *tries to wrap mind around that*

You can't have Niou be Batman and Two Face, though. You'd have to choose.

Date: 2008-09-29 10:46 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] yuki-scorpio.livejournal.com
Ah, but do you? Niou can be both...... >DDDDD when he's Batman, Yagyuu is Two Face and they chase each other around. It's like foreplay to them.

Of course, Sanada can be Batman...

From: [identity profile] yuki-scorpio.livejournal.com
2) The gentleman of crime and grime.

Sanada wanted to be Penguin. :( Everyone said he was perfect for the role. Now he's stuck as Robin the boy wonder. :(

Niou can be Batman. Then there can be NiouSana and NiouYagyuu.

Date: 2008-09-29 10:29 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] crystalusagi.livejournal.com
2) Poor Sanada. Maybe if he's really good he can be promoted to Nightwing eventually. Pass the Robin mantle onto Akaya.

And that is very, very clever.

(I've been reading wikipedia entries on Dick Grayson for the past ten minutes XD)

I see most moron behaviour from people who earn less than me but a fair sprinkling from the higher paid as well. It appears to be gender indifferent. When I do such things myself it is because I am exhibiting very tired behaviour.

Date: 2008-09-30 08:51 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] yuki-scorpio.livejournal.com
Heh, maybe it's because not that many people earn less than me around here! (Not those I work with anyway.) So all the morons are inevitably better paid than me...
