DMC4. Not much of a spoiler, but if you're going to play it later, probably you'll want to watch it on the TV instead.

Of course it's so much funnier if you knew what's going on, but monologue-ing (!?) OMG. I laughed so hard. Must be one of the best scenes in the whole frigging series. DANTE ILU.

Oh, about Gloria, I watched the opening sequence of the game (where you just let it run without pressing START) - the bit where Gloria fights the demons is shown in SLOW MOTION at one point, more-or-less looking right between her legs. And of course she isn't wearing anything underneath. o_o
