Wow. Estate agent just brought prospective tenants over to see my current place. They're marketing this for 15% more than what I'm paying currently!

There were two pairs of people, one of which were SE Asians who were only interested in the Tezmobile. And yes, the Tezmobile tried to whore herself out again.

The Olympic Men's Four (rowing) was really exciting today.

giving_ground has gone home for the weekend, so I'm trying to make use of the gluten-full foodstuffs. Though I can't guarantee that I can finish the lasagna before Monday, so she'll just have to look at it and cry if that's the case. XD

elyndys tagged me for the writing/fic meme, but it's just too difficult!

Crescent........... was something I kept thinking not many people would enjoy. Bits of it sat around in my head after I finished [A Dance with the Chrysanthemum] but it took me half a year to sit down and try to make sense of it. Well, it had to be done because Chrysanthemum was only half of Niou's story... sort of like "Niou in the making"? And he never got to sleep with Yagyuu SO I HAD TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN. XD After Niou had slept with at least one woman first.

I wanted to make Niou strong, yet vulnerable. >> And make it so that he has this thing about him which makes people want to hug him and squeeze him and call him George. XDDDDDDDD *shot*

Yagyuu surprised me in the story. It wasn't until AFTER I finished writing that I realised there was a recurring theme of "waiting" - that he said he was happy to wait (convo in Renji's office), that he was waiting for Niou outside Niou's place the day Niou slept with MeiMei, and waiting outside when Niou killed her, and again after he came back from abroad, literally waiting outside Niou's home with his suitcase. It was a decent surprise to see the trend there. Yagyuu was there to support him and if it took time for Niou to get over his own demons, that was fine. Yagyuu. ♥

I LOVEEEE writing Renji and Niou hanging out. \o/ Everybody loves Renji. And Renji is a sex god. The end. :DDDDD

(There is more to the AU, but not for D1. There's an Akaya story, and probably one for Renji too, but the Renji story not really taking shape in my head yet.)
