Trying to help family in HK to connect new computer to their wireless network is like... oh, I don't know what it's like. Some sort of an impossible task. I think I've set the router to recognise my sister's laptop only, rather than just login using password, so my completely network-illiterate family will have to login to the router and fiddle with it. This does not look good.
