It's part 1 of a 2-part story, in this part, it's about Yukimura dealing with his sickness, Akaya's admiration/affection for Yukimura and how the sickness affects him, Renji's affection for Yukimura and how he handles it, and how Sanada handles the club, that he tries to protect Yukimura from himself but Yukimura refuses to be cocooned and works too hard and breaks his body again.
