HELP

I need to know what the following mean:

1. ちょんまー (regarding a small child)


2. むぜ!! (Niou's reaction upon seeing the small child)


3. うおーうおーむぜ子じゃあ! (Niou talking while messing up the small child's hair. I suppose once I know what 2. means I can figure this one out.)

Obviously I've looked at dictionaries and whatnot. I don't need a "this online translator says..." answer.

.. ah damn. just wanted to answer with a "that dictionairy said.." answer ^^" but it was saying something about chonmon naru - get smaller, so dunno.. maybe he means something like peewee.
