Trying to resist shiny technology that is much cheaper to buy here than to buy in the UK. Hell, everything is cheaper here.

And there is drive-thru banking. Drive-thru banking. OMG WTF. You don't need to get out of the car for /anything/. Maybe except to go to the toilet.

Comment emails are very slow. I don't get them until hours after a comment is posted. I wonder if it's LJ or Gmail. It's usually LJ, isn't it.

And we have drive-thru everything. Drive-thru restaurants, drive-thru banking, drive-thru liquor stores... XD For the most part we still have to get out to pump our gas, though >>

I was saying to Hana one day there'll be drive-thru cat-litter-chainging. Kinda like drive-thru banking, but instead of putting your cheques into the tube that goes shhhhhhhhup! into the bank, you put the cat litter thing there and it'll go shhhhhhhup! and it'll shhhhhhhup! back out, with clean cat litter inside. >_>
