Wet socks. Ewwww.

Sheep sent me recipes for making chocolate truffles and one "choco crispy cake". The former only need rather basic ingredients so I might try make some. If you happen to see me some time this week, don't be surprised to receive random chocolate from me. :D

Erm, this is very random, but I'm curious. Could you guys please tell me what sorts of things you don't eat, for whatever reasons (dieting, allergy, religion, ew it's disgusting)? (lpatobe, I think tez_plush is curious about your culinary preferences, too.)

At some point this week I might need to pop to China Town to buy things to make "turnip cake" with, depending on whether I can actually be bothered. Could just go on Saturday and buy a ready-made one I guess, but those never taste as good.

Mushrooms. Allergic. Uh, dark meat of any poultry. Ew. Cole Slaw...ew. I was pregrant when I worked at a restaurant that served it at every meal...and when it goes bad and I had to clean it...never again. Cake. I dislike most cakes. Frosting. EW. Too sugary. Well, not butter cream frosting, but cake frosting is a general ewwwww. Any organ meats, haggis, entrails, shit like that. But, uh, I also dislike goat cheese. Not feta cheese, but the shit my mum likes that has an aftertaste of mouldy socks.

I don't know how they generally make cake in the US, but we can get lots of different (and lighter) ones here... coleslaw I like (but wouldn't like to find out what it's like when it's gone off D:)

Am not much of an organ meats person, as well! But I can eat most of them if asked to.

It's a shame about the mushrooms... they're really nice~
