Sheep sent me recipes for making chocolate truffles and one "choco crispy cake". The former only need rather basic ingredients so I might try make some. If you happen to see me some time this week, don't be surprised to receive random chocolate from me. :D

At some point this week I might need to pop to China Town to buy things to make "turnip cake" with, depending on whether I can actually be bothered. Could just go on Saturday and buy a ready-made one I guess, but those never taste as good.

Date: 2007-02-12 12:30 pm (UTC)I don't eat... hmm... well, evidently I shouldn't eat gluten, but I do anyway. I don't eat tinned sweetcorn unless it's in something which is otherwise sufficiently wonderful to outweight the ewwwsweetcorn factor. (Corn on the cob is ok but not amazing.) In general I've become so much less picky about food in the last few years, though. The list of stuff I used to hate was so long. Right now I'm struggling to think of anything else. ^^ Oh, orange segments! Because I really like the taste but the texture of the skin is horrible.
