The other day, I was sitting in a lecture, 3rd row from the back as usual. And then I realised that I couldn't read what the lecturer put on the OHP. Not really well anyway.
So I asked WaiTo if it's just the OHP out of focus, and he said no, he could read it pretty well. I had to ask him to read out some of the stuff so that I could copy it down.
A month ago, I still had my perfect vision. After my Easter holidays, I'm short sighted. And it's worse in my left eye than the right one. I was sitting some 8m away and I could barely read the projection. If I cover up my left eye, not much difference, but if I try with the other one, all I see are blurred writing. I literally freaked out.
I'm 20 years old. All of a sudden finding myself not able to read from not too far away scares me. It's not like everyone else who grew up with it. Feels like it happened overnight.
And now I'm not worrying, but really scared that it's gonna get worse without warning.
