How well does mulled wine keep? I really really feel like some but the recipe says a bottle and there's no way I can drink that much all in one night XD maybe over a few days, if it can be kept that long? If not, I'll just get some mulled wine-flavoured drinks.

Reduce the quantity? I'm not sure how it would deal with reheating. Might be ok. (It's never been an issue when we've made it for family *laughs*)
