Dear person who I most likely had never set eyes upon,

I understand that you were upset, depressed, desperate and cared not about how your actions would affect others at that point in time, but why, whyyyyyyyyyyy did you choose to kill yourself on the train line I use to go home?

RIP,
Pez

.......I have accumulated over 8 hours of delays on trains this month. This person threw himself down the tracks at Forest Gate and was hit by the train just before mine.

I suppose I can't claim for delay repay on this one.

...why do people have that tendency to fling themself in front of trains that transport people?

Not only their life sucks enough for them to want to suicide, apparently they want to spite people who are trying to get on with their lives. Almost as if they had been so invisible during their lives that they need to draw some attention in their final moment or something. -_-; Yes, they do that quite a lot here too, as you can tell, and I am quite fed up with them.

Yes yes - in HK, people usually fling themselves off tall buildings because there are loads of tall buildings. But there's this place where people just like to jump off from - a popular shopping mall. There's this "atrium" all the way down the centre of the mall and there has been a couple of times where people climb over the fence. I think there was once when a shopper got crushed from someone killing himself, too =_=""""

Yeah, they're not overly considerate. Poor Train Driver. I can totally sympathise with you there. I've been on the train when someone has jumped in front of it on a bridge. And man, the bridge was Waaaaaaaay above the ground. He could have just jumped and killed himself on the rocks below, but noooooooooo, he decided: Lets just jump in front of the train and traumatize the Driver and delay the passengers.

*hands you a spork* They always make you feel better.

An ex-coworker's boyfriend was a train driver and someone jumped onto the tracks in front of his train. He was so traumatised he couldn't drive again...

Ooooh spork!
