That thing about Zidane and Materazzi makes me want to ask one question. I have heard that the French and Italian languages are similar in some ways, but is it really possible for the two players to exchange insults and understand each other like that? Or maybe they both used the same language while on the pitch? O_o Or could Materazzi have said something and Zidane misunderstood it to be something else because of language barrier? O_o

Materazzi probably said something nasty and it's not nice of him doing that ^^; Well...we all know that Zidane doesn't have the best temper in the world either...past experiences from 98' and 00'
But whatever Zidane is a great footballer and one of the greatest in history, there's no doubt about that so it doesn't matter very much how exactly he ends his national team career, I think~~
