ASBO = anti-social behavior order... I think wikipedia explains it better than I can. There's a general trend to use the term ASBO to decribe the people who receive the order, as well. And because a lot of these ASBOs are youngster who like to wear hoodies, baseball caps (to conceal their faces), and also the fact that Sanada is a violent guy... XD;;;;

In certain parts in the UK, the problem has gotten serious enough that some major shopping centres have dress code where you cannot go in wearing a hoodie or baseball cap :D;;;
