pezIt's me again... just remembered another thing.
When I was having a drink after my non-blood-giving session, there were a couple of women there also. One of them said that she's had a headache all day, but after giving blood, the headache's gone. And then two other women said they've had the same experience, headaches always go after donating blood. O_O
The ancient art of bloodletting actually works???

Date: 2005-10-21 12:44 am (UTC)Plus sleeping with my head elevated helps headaches away... laying prone = more blood flowing to my head and makes the migraines more severe.
And don't EVER ask me to stop drinking coffee like some clueless people keep insisting. I tried once. I thought I was going to die as my head was splitting.
