I went out with lina_lau (who just left my house XD) today and did some shopping at Lush ^^ and I must say, chinawolf, Lina nearly fainted and it's all your fault. XDDDD Well not really, but she couldn't quite stand the strong scents at the shop. Anyway, we went to see Sky Blue afterwards. It's a Korean sci-fi animation. The story itself is fine, but the voice acting, ouch, it was a pain to listen to. Some of the dubbing was like... Pokemon. I do hate English dubs in general. But apart from that, the film was quite enjoyable.

Then we came home, ate dinner and watched a couple of episodes of Hellsing whilst Fujii-plush bounced around merrily. Borrowed HP book 3 from Lina and I gave her the rest of HxH, Guu and Hellsing to watch. Got so many things to read now. I need to finish Bird Song, started The Sword of Shannara, and now there's HP3.

Must get back to work. Busy busy.

[edit] Ah, is anyone going London Expo? I'm thinking about doing an Ed (FMA) cosplay there...

Going through ebay to see the boots... got my eyes on two pairs, both aren't exactly like it's supposed to be but the closest thing possible. Also getting the foam sheets and stuff XD

I can't work out what material to use for the arm T_T looking at the pics I've got, camping mat will be too thick for the hand since they come in 4mm+ thickness. But thinner stuff won't keep its shape. I need something slightly plasticy... guess I'll ask sis's boyfriend for ideas.

It depends on the character you want to cosplay. It shouldn't cost too much and charity shop is your best friend XD

:/ Mmm, yeah, ask your sis - you could always attach bits of plastic/perspex to a glove to create the handy bit. :O

Well, I was thinking of Lulu, cos it'd be so much fun just to be her and wear a pretty and cool costume, but I would need to make it from scratch if I wanted to make her costume. Plus I'd need err... one hell of a lot of belts. ._. Material to make it from would need to be good one too, since last time I made the dress, we had to use strong material otherwise it would rip with the weight. :x
