There's just this one thing I don't understand. I'm under the impression that HP fans will spend the weekend (or the next few days) reading their new book? Is it really that hard to stay away from LJ for a few days, instead of every single one of you saying SPOILMEANDDIEBIATCH? I mean, if it's something really important, surely your friends would know some way other than LJ of communicating the news to you. Or is it that hard to make a filter with all the non-HP fans you know and read that one for the next few days?
I'm probably staying away from my own flist for a few days, until I can stop reading things like OMGI'VEBEENSPOILED or SHUDDUPIDON'TWANNAKNOW or OMGTHISGUYDIDTHISANDTHATAND- I mean, it's good to get excited over a novel, but this is bordering stupidity.
Maybe I've just indirectly called 90% of my flist stupid, but that's what I'm thinking.
