Am I the only one going O.o at Venus Williams wearing gold hoopy earrings whilst playing tennis?

[edit] WHOA. That was such a great match! Pierce really came back in the last 2 sets and WHAT A TIE BREAK. It was like the Atobe vs Tezuka tie break :O!

Sharapova had long big dangly earrings on yesterday. I was all o.O about that. But I suppose if you're really good at your sport a little head decoration won't stop you. right?

ohh good point. I never think of that because I don't have my ears pierced because I'm a wimp Maybe some people just have stronger ears?

My left ear was once piereced but now it's closed XD But I mean, looking at my mum's generation, people who have worn heavy earrings for a long time, their earlobes tend to become longer XD
