IF YOU DON'T WANNA BE DISCRIMINATED, THEN DON'T GIVE PEOPLE THE REASON TO DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!

If you're a racial minority, or a woman in a male-dominated work place, whatever you do is going to stand out - now do you want to stand out in a good way, or a bad way?

Why do the police do more stop-and-search on black people compared to white people, compared to the black:white population ratio? It's because some of the black population is making themselves an ass. Maybe it's unfair that people remember you particularly for it, but since you've got a different skin colour, you stand out. Quite honestly, there's nothing you can do about it. It happens if you look different. So if you're one of the pair of black guys who gets on the bus without paying, then swears and make a scene when you're told to get off, don't complain when people look down on you. It's not like you can't afford it, you people wearing branded sports clothes and thick gold chains. Making a scene shows how STUPID and LOW you are. Racial minorities' reputation are destroyed by people like you - people who are rude, who won't pay for their services, who rob, who mug, and are actually racist themselves towards other people. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

And I'm not just talking about black people. I'm also talking about Asians, particularly those from Middle-East, and the Chinese. I get soooo peeved when I see groups of Chinese people making an ass of themselves. Small things like speaking way loud on the bus and ignoring other people's discomforts actually really shows what kind of people you really are. That, and many other things. You know what, back in my old school, one of the girls actually told me she used to have a really bad impression of the Chinese people because of the way they behave publicly. YOU MAKE PEOPLE DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU, AND YOU BRING *ME* DOWN WITH YOU. FUCK YOU.

And you know what. Girls in their late teens and early twenties. Especially the home-grown British ones. You know them. Those who stand in the middle of the road, get told by people they're blocking the way, and reply "I know" in a cocky way but don't actually move aside. YOU'RE JUST SHOWING PEOPLE HOW STUPID YOU ARE. And those young people who go to Ibiza and make themselves stupid drunk asses so that the international community hates British tourists. YOU ARE THE SHAME OF THIS NATION.

Although education and understanding has a lot to do with it, not everyone was born or brought up hating other people. WHEN YOU SAY THAT PEOPLE DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU, LOOK AGAIN AND SEE WHOSE FAULT IT WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

But, surely the point is that all racial groupings include people who misbehave. Racism is when we extrapolate from individuals to all people with a particular colour or heritage.

I similarly am disgusted by bad behaviour of the kind you describe. But its' not to do with race. It's to do with ignorance, parenting and culture.

What I mean is, some groups of people misbehave, and by doing it they bring down the entire community they belong in. It's worst when you really stand out because you have a different hair or skin colour, because that's how people remember others by... it's sad, but that's what happens when you don't know somebody personally. One will remember a guy as "the black guy with the gorgeous blue eyes" instead of just "the guy with the gorgeous blue eyes". So it'll be "the Chinese kid who was really loud" rather than just "the kid who was really loud". They set a really bad impression for the rest of their community, and it's always these people (rather than the rest of the community) who complain that they're being discriminated...

That's why I say my rant may *sound* racist, although I think I'm not being one. Sure every racial group has people like that. But whereas a British boy might just complain that they're being picked on, a misbehaving boy from a racial minority will immediately say they're being racially discriminated. Which I find really, really annoying. It's like, they're discriminating themselves...

Everything is consequential~ so even ppl's personalities are deterministic, so there is nothing much that can be done.

Feom the moment your born your entered into several comunitys depending on your appearance and such.
Its simple human psychology to group people by their appearance, its a simple defence mechanism xave men came up with so they wouldnt get attacked by the same thing twice. Therefor the negative actions of one member of a comunity are automatically bringing down tyhe general opinion of everyone else in said comunity.

e.g. A minority of gay people who act like loud, high pitched drag queens with stupid put on voices and walk around with their hands dangling in from of them on limp wrists.
These people reduce EVERYONES opinion of gay people in general and make it hard for normal homosexuals.

BAsically, people actions affect other people than themselves and its selfish wankers who ruin life for other people.
