Apr. 28th, 2005 01:34 pmChina's online gaming boom
Regarding one man killing another because of the weapon-selling, well, I don't think it's got much to do with it being virtual or not. It could've been any real world object the man spent a long time to get his hands on, and then lending it to another person who sold it for quick cash. *shrugs* This does remind me of the HK kid who killed himself after a hacker stole all his Diablo weapons though. That actually is a better example of game obsession.
Beijing rules on HK chief tenure
I often wonder why, after so many years, "Longhair" is still alive. Can somebody please explain this to me? After all those events at the radio that forced Wong Yuk-Man and the others out, would China really overlook Longhair? O_o
