What's in a name?

pezI need a name for the fictitious city in my story. It kinda has the bright city side, shops open until late, entertainment everywhere. And then there are the slums, the triads, etc. It's probably a bit HK-ish or something, but really I'm just pulling in everything I know/can imagine.
So, it needs a name. Of any sort. A made-up, non-existent word, or some kind of Greek or Latin, or just any word that pops into mind that sounds good for a city.
