Happy 2004

I really should be replying to friends' entries...

Anyway, yesterday was spent constructively/destructively. Got up at around noon, went to have dim sum at 2pm with Mable and Eric, window shopped, and then went to China Town to buy food for hot pot. Joined by yoshi_6_6 and Freddy, and off to my home we all went. Played Puyo Puyo, then we had hot pot whilst watching a film. Played EyeToy on PS2, counted down, had some wine, watched another film, chatted, played Silent Hill 2 and chatted some more. yoshi_6_6 left at around.... I can't remember, 6am? Freddy and I watched another film (gotta love my old VCD collection), chatted and chatted some more. We got more food to eat, and then fell asleep at around 10am after feeding the cats. We woke at 2pm, and he left for home. I stayed on the sofa and went in and out of sleep for a bit more.

yoshi_6_6 went to the parade today. Wonder how it was, but it seems to me it rained a bit today...? Coz sometime around noon Freddy suddenly complained it was cold and stole half of my duvet when he first insisted he was warm enough. So it must've rained outside and got colder...?

Freddy said, I think before we went to sleep this morning, that he didn't wanna go home and stare at his four walls. I asked him about that a few days back, if he felt isolated living on his own. Because I did. Of course there were good points, but he agreed that it's kind of nightmarish sometimes, when you're on your own all that time. Especially if nobody calls you or visits you. One starts to wonder if he slips in the bathroom, knocks his head and dies, still no one will find out until his corpse starts to rot and smell.

I told him of course he can stay longer and I always welcome him because he's my good friend. (and a rather glompable one at that, although I might freak him out if I did. There are people you can glomp, and there are people you can't... *sigh*)

So, I had a good time last night, though I feel rather shattered now, and have things to think about from last night. Might be offline for a while now, have coursework to do and other stuff. Anyway, happy 2004!

Thanks for the photo! I just figured out when and how I can read Friend-locked entries ~_~ What are you thinking? (Sometimes, I find that thinking only can't give us the answers...anyway, do think a bit but don't waste too much if you have sth else important to do. Why am I saying this? *_*)

Did you notice my new picture? I guess I will put it on until I come back from the Alps. Look like Rainbow Six?
