The history of that order is really interesting --- not only in terms of background material for schwarzfics. I've hardly encountered a topic where primary sources are as rare and ambigous as when ist comes to them. *snerk*

This page (http://www.levity.com/alchemy/rosicros.html) has an almost complete collections of texts written by Christian Rosenkreuz and uses reference/footnotes.

I'm really wondering whether Koyasu picked Rosenkreuz as a name because it has the german word for 'rose' in it or because he actually meant to have historical allusions which make sense. XD;

I've just started reading about Rosicrucianism (wow that's hell to type), so I don't know much about it at all right now to be honest. But all these sources! Thank you! Mind if I glomp you? *glomp* Too late =P

If anything Koyasu probably picked Rosenkreuz because he needed a German occult, and Rosenkreuz had the word "kreuz" in it, which makes it kinda special and the word sounds sophisticated. Afterall one must remember that he named the series "Weiss Kreuz" simply because he flicked through a German dictionary and found the word "kreuz". *sweatdrop*

Nobody can get into them right now ;_; I don't know how to fix it because I don't know what's the problem is *cries* I didn't set up the server and can't recall changing any setting on it, but it just isn't working. Doing all sorts of system scans, virus scans etc and hopefully something will tell me what's wrong ;_;

Sadness about the sites. Will be eagerly awaiting their return as there are few more informative Schwartz/Weiss sites out there, IMO.

And I really really like "Blinded". There are so few good fics out there that focus on the Crawford/Schuldig relationship. Which has always struck me as odd, as it just seems so central to me.
