So it turned out that the sister had also been feeling crappy earlier today, and we concluded it must be the weather.

Spent a few hours again doing the rest of the automail. It's more-or-less done apart from some studs, a bit of black cloth and the painting. I think I'll leave it for now and get back to it when I have the energy. At least I know I won't be rushing it 10 days before the event.

It's 1am and I have this dire need to write. Which must not happen...

I have 6 days of annual leave left for the rest of the year. How about I use it all at once and type on the computer until smoke comes out of the keyboard?

Chapter 14 of [The City] is almost done. I think I'll write 15 and 16 as well before I post it, though.

I want cable TV so that I have a 24 hour cooking channel. I love cookery shows. And Discovery Channel so that I can have animals tearing at each other whilst I write or nod off to sleep. And National Geographic. Because it shows places in the world I'd possibly never get to go to. I'm so weird.

Sure, I can see that this is a step towards equality and a more open and tolerant society, but... would this mean there will be a sudden rush to challenge homosexual marriage and other related issues? Rushing is never a good thing...
