I've changed my mind. Maybe I'll go back to uni tomorrow to show supervisor my graphs... but BAH I hate travelling. Hope it won't be hot tomorrow otherwise I'll burn in the oven called the Tube.

It's one of those things I really hate about this country. The others include hooligans, general-making-fools/asses-out-of-themselves in Europe, TV licensing, bad bad bad transport (due to bad and probably-even-more-corrupted-than-China management), NHS, over-priced everything, whole-day delivery "hours" (slowly improving now), terrible postal system, naivety/stupidity/close-mindedness (initially promoting congestion charging as "the 1st system of this kind in the world", people freaking out about Channel Tunnel years ago because they've never heard of underwater tunnels, not wanting ID cards thinking you'd lose your privacy)... the list goes on. But I should stop before people jump for my throat. And yeah of course there are things I like about here too, otherwise I wouldn't have looked for a job in this country.

What was I saying? Oh yeah, going back to see supervisor maybe. And then go and buy more instant noodles coz I've ran out.

I need to exercise and lose a couple of pounds. Been sitting down for like 3 months! But I only have like 11 days before flying home. Eeps.

Brain has gone a bit funny, but I've done quite a chunk of work today, yahoo! I'm not tired but feel kinda brain-drained. Shall take a break to read fics and see if I can start work again.

Recently I found myself skipping entries on my friends page, and then frequently visiting a few other people's LJ to read about them. Seems like it's about time I take a look at my flist and add/remove people again. Let's be adult about this. If you get removed from my flist please don't get offended.

Is there a good book or website where I can read up the correct use of preposition words such as "on", "in"... etc? Sometimes I'm just not sure which to use. For example, do I put books back "onto" the shelf or "into" the shelf, that sort of thing. These words are called "preposition", right? It's funny, I don't know any of these specific terms... I just know what "nouns", "verbs" and "adjectives" are! Oh I also know what "past", "present" and "future" tenses are. If you ask me about "adverbs", "pronouns", "present participle", "past perfect"... I'll just stare blankly at you. I had to look at the dictionary to find out that I'm asking about "preposition" words. ^^"

Wah, soooo many new RP logs to read at tenipuri_fusion. Why do you guys only post them when I'm on the last stretch towards finishing my report?! *kills you all*

I slept again. Someone please tell me why I'm sleeping so often.

My mother has developed an unnatural fondness for BB5. I thought she'd freak the hell out seeing what those people do if not learning what "reality TV" is. But apparently she found it entertaining. The only BB I watched was BB3 and I only watched it for Alex *L* Reality show's really not my thing.

I've registered the vote, but haven't voted ~_~ I'm not sure who to vote for so... gah I'll need to be more aware of these things next time.

Want to power-read manga like vicky_guu_sama has, but I don't have the time. Either want to sleep, or have to work.
